While we do our best to ensure that your package arrives at its destination without any issues, there are circumstances beyond our control that may result in a lost or stolen package. These circumstances may include but are not limited to:

  • Delivery to a secure location
  • Delivery to a neighbor

If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier to inquire about the status of your package.
  2. File a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and working with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and secure. We recommend double-checking the address before finalizing your order to avoid any potential delivery issues.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay during shipment, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check out.

International Shipping Policy 

We Currently do not ship outside the U.S.
